A mechanical engineer by training, Deepinder has over 15 years of experience in the product design and development. He has hands on experience in full life cycle development, from conceptualization of product, design layout, calculations, analysis and selection of materials. In addition to his design responsibilities, Deepinder also oversees special projects including commissioning and erection of vibration isolation systems. He is a member of the Delhi Chapter of the Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers.

Gagan is responsible for all production, purchase, administrative and documentation activities including resource allocation, inventory management, testing and quality control. He is also responsible for enforcement for good work systems/methods and practices such as ISO 9001, Kaizen and Six Sigma. A certified rubber technologist, he has over 12 years of experience in the areas rubber compounding and mould design. In addition, He also has strong experience in vendor development, fabrication processes, rubber moulding and tool room shop.
